Mental Performance Coach

Skylar Jewell

Skylar is recognized by his peers to be one of the leaders in junior golf performance as a Mental Performance Coach. He specializes in preparing students to be aware, accountable, and resilient in route to college and beyond.

Originally from Maryland, after receiving his Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology, Skylar moved to Florida to work in performance psychology serving as the Director of Mental Performance Training at the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy. Skylar would then join the IJGA (International Junior Golf Academy) as the Director of Mental Performance, and later take on the same role at the G2 Academy in Bluffton, SC.

Taking the knowledge he has gathered alongside industry experts with thousands of students from various professional tours, ability levels, and 37+ different countries, Skylar is excited to bring his wealth of knowledge to the Mastery Golf Performance team.

Dr. Dan Vosgerichian

Dr. Dan Vosgerichian earned his doctorate in Sport Psychology from Florida State University and has over ten years of experience working with golfers to maximize their mental game. His clients have included golfers from The PGA TOUR, LPGA TOUR, KORN FERRY TOUR, PGA Latin America, as well as some of the top junior and collegiate players in the country.

Dr. Dan has experience training elite golfers on every aspect of the game. He served as The Director of Mental Training at Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy as well as a Mental Game Coach for Nike Golf Schools. He's also worked as an instructor at The PGA TOUR Golf Academy and assistant golf coach at Springfield College.

Peak Performance Fitness

Christina Lindstedt leads Peak Performance Fitness on Hilton Head Island.

Christina has been training on Hilton Head Island for over 16 years. Certifications have included ACSM, TPI fitness professional level 3, TRX suspension, rip training and functional training, Blackburn Golf Fitness, Stability Ball, and BOSU.

She grew up in Philadelphia, PA and was involved in gymnastics, ballet, swimming, tennis, golf, lacrosse, field hockey and volleyball. At Furman she started the women's lacrosse club team and played and coached all 4 years as well as playing Rugby for 2 years. Her clientele has ranged from 11-96 years young. She loves improving clients quality of living as well as bringing athletes to their Peak potential.

Coach Chris Noss

One of the PGA Tour's most-respected fitness trainers. — Golf Digest

Internationally recognized strength and conditioning coach with over 16 years experience on the PGA tour, and over 25 years working in professional golf. Coach Noss is bringing his Tour tested training experience to the Peak Performance Center.

Using state of the art postural and movement screens, pressure mapping and swing video capture, Coach Noss will be able to create a clear development plan based on your individual Focus Points, and dynamic tracking results to measure your progress.

Kara Cooke

Kara is a certified personal trainer who works to help each client achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals. She is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) as well as a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS) through the International Tennis Performance Association (iTPA).

Kara is a lifelong athlete who reached many goals at the collegiate and international levels as a two sport athlete at The University of Virginia, and a World Cup Gold Medalist with the US Women's Lacrosse Team. She now enjoys the role of helper as she assists her clients to achieve their goals in the gym as well as their recreational or competitive arena.
